What We Do

We Help You Claim What's Yours

At DD Asset Recovery, we specialize in helping individuals and businesses reclaim their unclaimed surplus funds generated from property tax foreclosure auctions. Cheryl and Sam,  are committed to providing personalized solutions and guiding clients through the complex process of recovering these lost assets.

When a property is sold at a foreclosure auction for a value greater than the owed taxes and associated fees, surplus funds are created. These funds are often held by government agencies, awaiting rightful claimants. Many property owners are unaware of their rights to recover these funds, leaving significant sums unclaimed.

That’s where Cheryl and Sam of DD Asset Recovery come in. Their comprehensive services include identifying surplus funds, researching eligibility, and assisting clients with the necessary documentation and legal processes to successfully recover their assets. Their goal is to reunite clients with their unclaimed funds as efficiently and smoothly as possible, ensuring they can take full advantage of their financial opportunities.

Choose Cheryl and Sam at DD Assets Recovery as your trusted partners to navigating the surplus funds recovery process. Together, we will make sure that your unclaimed assets are returned to you while avoiding missed deadlines or paperwork errors that will result in those assets being escheated (returned) to state coffers. We work only on a contingency basis. This means no upfront costs to you. We only get paid out of the funds that are actually recovered.

Where the Name DD Assets Recovery Came From

Why DD? There’s an interesting tale behind it.

As Sam and Cheryl were deciding on a name for their ranch, they discussed it with Justin, their 15-year-old grandson. They shared their idea of naming it DD Ranch, with the initials representing “Dynamic Duo.” However, Justin immediately responded with an alternate interpretation: “Or, Dangerous Dinosaurs.” This amusing suggestion resonated with Sam and Cheryl, and the name has stuck ever since.
